      Pros

      I worked with a great bunch of people. The worker ants truly cared and tried to fulfill the broken marching orders from above.

      Cons

      Fallout from upper management's failure to lead has created a toxic environment for reps. The blame for a broken strategy was placed squarely on the shoulders of the sales reps.

      Pros

      Sanofi Pasteur is one of the best employers in the Monroe County area. There is over 3000 professionals that work at the Swiftwater site. For anyone interested, this offers an opportunity to have a robust network to rely on professionally. Sanofi offers really good benefits such as 3 weeks of vacation for anyone starting out, 1:1.5 match for contributions to Group Savings Plan for up to 9%of your salary. Depending on the area your working on, you might be offered flexibility to work from home.

      Cons

      Your manger can have huge impact on your development and success. If you have a good manager, then you get great opportunities for development and exposure to different areas. However, I've also had experience working for selfish managers who are more concerned about their own growth and development rather than developing their employees. This can lead to stagnation. If this happens, quit. You'll have a better career if you quit and come back to the company rather than stay with the company.

      There are less people on the off shifts. Great place for teachers pets.

      Cons

      They are always cheating you out of time and money. Poor work/life balance. Way too much OT, no respect, no raises Do not accept first, or second offer, they play games.
