      Pros

      Great benefits, including $1.50 match for $1 contributed to 401K. Also the mid and front line leadership has a genuine caring for their people. I have had 4 different managers and I enjoyed working with all of them. I have had good products in the past (injectibles opens a lot of doors).

      Cons

      Senior leadership can't seem to get out of their own way when it comes to launching new products. They are often to concerned with short term results and loose sight of the long term ramifications of their decisions. Base salary seems to lag behind competing companies.

      Great benefits, great team, 401K match, company car, gas card, 3 weeks off plus 1 week company shut down, ortho, dental and medical

      Cons

      Constant manufacturing and distribution issues make it hard to sell products. Not enough admin time to get the job done in a reasonable time frame.

      Pros

      Great benefits package; company is supportive of healthy lifestyle by offering premium benefits. Training & development opportunities are provided and stressed but employee must take responsibility for development.

      Cons

      Global company is still realigning all locations to "one company". There is a lot of confusion within employee base as to whom their management chain is, where they belong functionally. Changes to company mgt chain & priorities is constant - management changes every few years. Company policies are not consistent throughout locations causing employee dissatisfaction. Recognition is lackluster and varies greatly between departments. Salary increases do not keep up with market value. Changing jobs with increased responsibilities or gaining direct reports is not reflected in salary level.
