Pros
The compensation is fair and benefits are good, although they are always cutting back There are opportunities to learn a little from other departments
Cons
There is no opportunity for development and upper management does nothing to retain good talent. The turnover rate is really high and nothing is being done about it. Upper management is out of touch and does not value their employees. Work/ life balance is terrible and tons of overtime is expected in order to proceed every week. Bonuses and raises are dwindling
