      Terrible work culture, corrupt leaders in power

      Competent SMEs, good benefit package

      Has some corrupt leaders who have affairs with their subordinates and HR enables the behavior even when made aware of the issue, terrible work culture (top down leadership-do as I say not as I do culture), political and bureaucratic, you only get ahead if you’re having an affair with your management or they’ve selected you as a shining star otherwise you are in the same role for years at a time getting a minimal raise each year, promotions aren’t based on actual ability and merit to perform the role

      There Human Resources are terrible and anyone can make a claim to endanger your lively hood. With very unfair investigation that anything can be used against you even if it not related. Extremely liberal/woke side

      Good benefits: 401k, holidays, sick days including winter break are paid

      Cons

      Underpaid compared with other big pharmaceutical companies No live/work balance Poor management Favoritism and toxic environment (gaslighter managers) Career development only happens if you are lucky to have a supporting manager. Otherwise be ready to get stuck in your position or just the manager will make your life miserable for you to quit.
