      Pros

      -Fantastic benefits, especially for families -Big on training and making sure you feel ready to take on your new role -The IC, People managers and leadership are very open and looking for insight from new employees -DE&I is a real priority and not just lip services -The office is brand new and has unreal accommodations: Cafeteria with great food, gym, relaxation rooms with massage chair!

      Constantly feel like you are living on a cliff, no one is pulling the ship in the same direction, huge turnover on my team, little room for advancement unless you are willing to move, pay below average for the field
