In all honesty, working for the City of Santa Ana is a pleasure and an honor. If you work hard, you will definitely move up the ladder.

Cons

I heard hours can be a little weird for certain people; but I go to school, so I find it perfect!

Tasks are easy and the people are extremely friendly. Everyone is willing to answer your questions and help you move forward. Very flexible.

Cons

It is a bit hard to move up and the fact that I close and am left alone. nothing else other than that.

Cons

As with other jobs/organizations, budget cuts affect so many lives; the employee and the community no longer receiving the same level of service.
