Management. If management does not like you they will make it hard for you especially in the micro managing department. No higher ups will do anything about it if you bring it up and will essentially throw it under the rug if it's too much work for them. They will say it's not and try to get around it but they will micro manage you if they feel you're doing something wrong or they may just not get along with you.

Outdated payroll system all entries are done manually for leave absence. Finance needs to replace the ERP system; it is also dated and not user-friendly. No training is provided by Finance on the ERP systems; non-finance employees must rely upon their department to provide training which they may have limited knowledge of the system depending on their scope of work.
