Potential with the right leadership

Pros

New Building. Its obvious some departments work very well together and others do not. Its about the leadership or lack thereof.

Cons

Most of the Executive Team have good intentions and want the place to succeed. One member of the executive team likes to play favorites, RULES by intimidation, plays staff against each other and spends time playing games.

Able to work remotely and enjoy continued employment through the pandemic. This has been great for my family.

We need to update our systems and use technology to make things easier.

CMO is finally receiving coaching to learn the business regulations.

Cons

Much of the C-level Executive team is already gone (or has recently) left their positions. Too bad the better ones have left.
