Pros

-Night shift has a great team that helps each other out - The Doctors at Nt are phenomenal. they respond promptly and involve you in the decision-making process regarding the pt - Some RNs in the ER will do majority if not all of the admission process for the floor nurse just to help out.

Cons

-Lack of training at nt compared to day with alot less orientation time -No cafeteria at NT -Day shift Doctors vary when putting in orders -Managment is more focused on policies rather than actual pt care
