Very friendly place to work. My coworkers are friendly

Cons

Profit is greater than people (I don't just mean patients), the administration treats people poorly. The administration encourages nurses to be unethical.

Cons

Crappy pay, no incentives, CEO takes away bonuses and insult. Staff, management is always changing, poor employee retention, major safety issues regarding patient care, scary place to work.
