Pros

There are some good people working there and the benefits are good.

Cons

There are a ton of processes that must be adhered to, and with many of the groups in Mexico or Spain, navigating the bureaucracy is difficult. The hours are long and you are expected to work at all hours. The turnover is very high.

Pros

Only positive is paid time off

Cons

This place is a joke. If you have a pulse and have your shots, they will hire you. This place is so disorganized, one department can't help another. Pay is ridiculous, they exaggerate the bonus, it's bs. Management only cares about their own reputation. The bank is becoming a woke organization, pushing things like critical race theory and heavily promoting LGBQT. If you go to work to work, this isn't the place for you. If you're a liberal social warrior you'll fit right in.

Pros

Opportunity to move up from within.

Cons

Not enough pay for the amount of responsibilities. Long hours, always short staffed. Tellers and universal specialists are under payed and not appreciated while bankers receive bonuses and recognition.
