      Pros

      Company as a whole was amazing. Great benefits, there are some great managers working there as well. Even after our layoff, they have been more then generous and it's truly appreciated. Ana Botin is amazing.

      Cons

      There are managers in place in name only. They know how to mention Pivot and leverage, but clueless about the meat of the actual business. Instead of learning, they ask someone without an actual title that knows the business inside and out and without given the recognition to the person that gave them the useful information.

      Pros

      Great onboarding experience, especially for a pandemic. Had all my equipment and instructions delivered to my house and had all the meetings I needed to have to get me started quickly to do my job. Good access to tools and resources. Santander is also improving vision for company and for employees through employee networks.

      Cons

      Family planning/ adoption / infertility benefits could improve, especially for LGBT+. community. Recently improved leave policy, but it seems that Santander lags competitors in this space.

      Pros

      RB position here has pretty fair starting base if you come in licensed. ~50k + bonuses. 5-10k in bonus is more than achievable.

      Cons

      Much of your success relies on location, ability and knowledge of your business partners (Financial Consultants, Mortgage Officer, etc.), and leadership of direct manager. Strive to learn more and be proactive, this can be a great start to a career.
