Pros

Customer and community is an important part of the roll. Creating the right team and finding the individuals who want to advance their career is challenging.

Cons

Non-negotiable work is a lot. In addition there continue to add to ones work load without cutting anything out. Operations is also a Con when your ops manager is new.

Pros

Great training program for tellers. Great co-workers (tellers). Good health benefits. Schedule provides good work life balance. On going training is helpful.

Cons

Poor management, Tellers are required to do EVERYTHING for little pay. (push to sell new accounts, credit cards, loans, cd;s and even get appointments for financial adviser, answer phones, quote rates, all while BM and PBR are playing on their cell phones.
