      Pros

      For part time the hours were flexible, they match your 401k by 6%, holiday pay/day off. Get treats here and there.

      Cons

      Pay could have been better, I got $20 an hour. The manager had weird tendicies: he tried to touch my hair, he would talk to himself, and would make weird face. Many of the clients that live in the area are racist. Received abhorrent treatment from one male client and a security guard was called the next day. They take forever to close the accounts of bad clients. Slim chance you will be able to move up because they like to hire externally for manager roles.

      Pros

      Although there is plenty of work and everybody works hard, the transactions are cutting-edge and there is opportunity to learn and advance within the bank. Co-workers are friendly and helpful. Compensation and benefits are excellent.

      Cons

      No cafeteria in the building and no vending machines; manual coffee pot (no coffee machine); no ability to log in from home computer via Citrix (need to take laptop home).

      Pros

      Nice people, great benefits, typical 9-5.

      Cons

      Frequent changes, new digital approach and quick rollouts without enough time for trial and error. The requirement is as soon as changes occur employees must follow them or they will be terminated. Layoffs currently happening due to new business strategies.
