Takes too long for everything, slow, people push responsibilities

Difficult to move up in the company, unreasonable expectations from upper management, constantly decreasing bonus pay outs, toxic culture, bad decisions made by corporate, very low annual raises for high achieving employees. The company makes drastic changes without having the means to do so and then puts the burden on the branch employees without raising pay.
