Met some solid people who tried to enact cultural change. Unfortunately, the top heavy management structure shuts down voices and manages by fear.
Cons
Terrible distrustful culture. Company is international & bicoastal, so your team includes people from all over the United States, Mexico and Central America. Company forcing employees to go into the office to sit on Teams calls all day. The Group CEO expressed that employees needed to be monitored that they were working during business hours.
