- Good exposition to M&A and Project Finance teams from around the Globe - Access to international clients - Good coordination with other internal teams for support (treasury, loans) - Important brand in IB in Latin America and Iberia
Cons
- Career path, although follows IB standard (Analyst/Associate/VP/ED/MD), is not laid out clearly. There's no "timing" for the advancements to happen - Revenue sharing among offices in cross-border deals does not help the build a collaborative spirit
