      Getting Worse and Worse for BMs - RUN!

      Very few nowadays Opportunities outside of US Decent benefits package

      Cons

      Staffing is atrocious and getting worse. Raises and Bonuses have become a joke. If I wanted to be an OPs manager, I would have applied for that job. If I wanted to be a teller, I would have applied for that job. Nepotism Favoritism Bias Compensation My annual payout and review was done by people I don't work with or report to. No one higher up truly understands what they are asking of branch employees anymore. It's sad.

      Great pay, benefits, and lucrative incentive programs.

      Cons

      Lack of empathy/concern for employees, outdated/antiquated systems (1990s), and a cultural that is largely unethical. Senior leadership constantly changes in the bank and there is weak/poor leadership in key upper management roles throughout the bank including new leadership being brought in. The bank lacks diversity as well.

      -Close to "T" -Meet some international people -If you're really into the mainframe -If you need to kill a year in between jobs and they offer you a very good rate, then maybe

      -Very antiquated systems. Windows 2003 was common, filling out tickets by scanning paper. Hard to get a password to even access a lot of systems. -Very low professionalism: Managers undermining other managers Higher than usual nepotism and croneyism Very high turnover. McDonald's like in some areas. People yelling, carrying on, histrionics, etc. -Columbia Park facility is old and crowded. Very hard to get a conference room. -Poor promotions, lack of growth -Onboarding takes a long, long time. Think-- just getting your laptop is a minor miracle
