Pros

Good work / life balance, they did allow you to have sufficient time off to complete usual day to day arrends when required

Cons

A bit chaotic, with such a big company there is a lot of confusion around tasks assigned during project phases

Pros

Since it is still an organization with many improvements to be put in place, growing in a fast-paced fashion is a possibility using the correct skills (more people than technical ones)

Cons

Meritocracy is not the prevailing and ultimate feature of the company. Basically, the bank fails to recognize and grasp the talents within the organization. International exchange experiences (short and long term) for a worldwide company is also a point to be improved

Pros

Its a large bank with a diverse team and a gobal footprint particulary in Latin America. Strong focus on retail banking

Cons

Not a lot of development opportunities, particular for non-spanish speakers, below average pay and lots of bureaucracy.
