      - Market leader - Access to key corporate clients - Good environment depending on the team - Best practices in the country

      Cons

      - Uses its "global player" label to justify lower salaries than local players - There is an inverted pyramid in terms of hierarchy which means that there is a populated layer of older managers and thus a very conservative attitude towards new initiatives - Old systems and tools - Worst located office among all banks in Santiago

      There are some interesting projects and the company is constantly looking for ways to be a more attractive place to work. Good salaries and working hours.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is much bureaucracy and the decision making process can be slow and frustrating. Poor IT.
