Pros

None really. There's not many employees bellow 26 years, but since we are so few, we get along pretty well. They will not raise any issue if you for some reason have to leave early or miss a day.

Cons

About the position: Be careful with the description provided because that's probably not what you will do. The description when I applied was catchy, promising, but once I got inside, very very different. In the interview, don't fall for things like "career development" because that don't exist. About the job itself: Imagine a place where most things could be automatized. Now imagine that from one platform to another there is a need to simply transfer the data (like copy&paste), that's where I was for 11 months. Plus, some administrative work that no one wants to do. (Trainee job). About the trainee position: your first months will be like an evaluation period until the internship gets approved by a public service (IEFP), so you will be highly underpaid, and work like everybody else. Then, your internship gets approved, but that simply a formality because nothing change. You put this two together and that's like 11 months without holidays.

Pros

Career progression can be rapid for the right type.

Cons

No flexibility, no access to Head Office opportunities if you are in branches. HR access is a nightmare, Occupational Health does not have any real clout.
