Pros

Great benefits, employee discounts and pension scheme. Annual pay increases. Bonuses based on branch performance eg service and risk and diary performance.

Cons

Extra unpaid hours either side of the working day. Demanding environment. Bonuses now every 6 months from quarterly. Can be quite stressful
