Depending on branch manager, May not be as flexible as others.

A pretty unorganized work structure, doesn't even give new employees an orientation day to ease in to the organization's vision and culture. Although very forward thinking in some aspects, as far as tech and HR goes, it should be noted that throughout the year not many activities are done to promote fraternization between colleagues and/or other departments of the institution.
