pay is ok hours are fine infrastructure is good
Cons
unnecessary disciplining like having to call a seperate line to seek permission for toilet break even though you are supposed to have a 7 min floating break. The so called traffic manager checks if it is ok for you to go on to rest room and most of the times they say call later or wait for 5 minutes i would call you back this is not acceptable because it is nature's call one is trying to answer and nobody in the world has the right or authority to stop other's from doing their rest room duty.
