Pros

Okay pay, basic benefits met; only basics met, nothing beyond that, many great consumers, and some team work.

Cons

Huge ego managers- want productivity but don't want to advice on it since it makes them look bad - two way fools, hypocrite workers who rat you out and get you fired- therefore look out for yourself; don't care about others. Have problems with manager or coworker, find somebody in charge who favorites you and get them out. No great raises or pay, short-staff in branches, hours cut, and little mistakes get you fired, again protect yourself and don't take a fall for coworkers, not even the managers.

Pros

Generally good people working there after many of the spaniards, brazilians, etc. that came in with Sovereign acquisition have left. Compensation is strong to retain employees

Cons

The model of having all things run through Spain is nuts. And the IT model of sub companies based in Spain, paid as contractors in the US is not one that works for advanced markets. When business requirements are translated, literally, theres a lot lost in translation. My opinion is its intentional to allow centralized IT in Spain continue to dictate the direction of the company based on cost savings from shared technology. Fine with emerging markets...but US is a different game.

Pros

Good salary and fair benefit.

Cons

6 month parole period. Bad working environment; 200 employees per restroom. Low morale; management just ask for delivery without quality. Quantity and speed are prized over quality. No vision and planning. Office location has bad commuting traffic. Management lacks leadership and is rude to employees, if not delivered; some employees even cried in meetings. No work life balance.
