Pros

Corporate Headquarters in US is a great location. Easy to get to.

Cons

No training whatsoever. Must fend for yourself or make friends with a nice person who is willing to tell you what you need to know. Constant management turmoil and flux, and lots of re-assigning people to new jobs and or bosses, with no warning, discussion or employee consideration. You are at their mercy. Facade of management wanting to better employee engagement, but no changes ever made. HR is useless and never protects the employee, only the company. People with children are discriminated against by certain managers, while others with children are afforded flexibility -- no consistency. Some people can work from home while others are not allowed. People do not say "good morning" or "good night". Horrible work space -- people on top of each other with zero privacy to concentrate, hear conference calls or do their daily work. Not enough conference rooms so people have meetings at their desks and disrupt other people. Admin person left, and no one knew how to order supplies and there was a period of no paper for the printers! P constantly Bathrooms disgusting. This bank will probably not be around in the near future.

Pros

It's a Bank, but not really.

Cons

Systems are horrible - fix one thing break 2 two. Too many layers of management. Terrible communication. Way too many Consultants. Terrible Pay - Way below market. Confusing message from top down. Sr. Executive Management speaks with desdain, lack of respect. Non performers are most often rewarded with advancement opportunities due to fact the Human Resources is absolutly the worst ever. I have no loyalty to the Bank, not even a free checking. Maintenance and upkeep of the buildings is horrific. Normal occurrence at some locations, critters like cockroachs and mice daily. Terrible Cafeteria Food. Bathrooms, a large number do not have soap dispensers that work. Benefits are no big deal 4 weeks vacation that includes sick time. Work life balance - not realistic as most systems can be accessed remote since the bank does not possess a sound and stable info structure. Values - Not sure what that means since no one speaks with eachother. Management does not foster learning.
