      Immature environment that promotes a lethargic culture

      Pros

      Great individual contributors, good starting salary, secure job, good low level managers, nice bathrooms, good meeting rooms, good natural light in the office

      Cons

      Lack of clear career advancement, every project must be done "yesterday", high level of secrecy among C-level to mid level managers, no communicated vision for department, HR department is disengaged on employee issues and slow to react to issue reporting

      Pros

      They will hire anyone even the neighborhood drug dealer because they don't drug test.

      Cons

      The downsides are: There is basically no training in the entire organization. You are thrown to the floor with no formal training or procedures and expected to perform. The managers are very young people with no formal manager training or education. Although they promote from within, they don't follow professional guidelines on interviewing and they select not the candidate with the most experience, but the candidate that has ties to the company.
