Pros
Pay is good and bonuses were a nice surprise. Doing well financially.
Cons
Staffed way too lean. No diversity beyond gender/female leaders. No vision for working on this either. White men get most of the good press and good rotation assignments in corporate. In mfg unions pretty much run the show and seniority is overemphasized. Policies around conduct are not applied evenly. There are not many hr people beyond generalists so it's not likely that anything will change for the better because everyone is too busy responding to crisis and they don't have time to make plans
