      Pros

      Lean environment forces you to learn and develop skills. Nice people.

      Cons

      Not progressive. Working from home not received well. No flexibility. Little room for growth. Salaries not competitive. Bottom line focused and won’t hesitate to let loyal employees go. Don’t invest in any training for employees.
