      Pros

      Health Insurance, 401k match, ESOP, Life insurance, some great leaders, and great employees, Corporate Canada seems to send the right message

      Cons

      Too many layers resulting in too many people making decisions without understanding impact. Too much focus on titles not enough focus on value added at operational level. Turnover is high at all plants, regardless of position, because of the poor decision making at the corporate US level.

      Excessive workloads and high turnover management is terrible cannot create effective training or teamwork. Bad insurance costs.
