Very team spirit with steady pace great benefits flexible scheduling and awesome opportunities great pay descent job in Decatur Alabama

Cons

In very few occasions co workers wouldn’t show for work so the least seniority person would have to stay and work a 12hour shift

fast paced but Interesting. Some employees are great to work with.

Cons

Bureaucratic, company grows through acquisitions but never took the time to work on culture so depending on the location you might find different environment. Becoming more and more corporate and less family values and people oriented

Unbelievable wage without experience needed. Good training, friendly co workers, easy going supervisors, lots of different shifts day and night, lineancy in breaks.

Cons

Lots of politics, unequal distribution of shifts, lots of hiring which cuts even more shifts for training purposes. Bad communication between upper and middle level management. White segregation in favour of the Asians.
