      Company does not think they hire you, they feel they buy you and expect you to be on call evenings, weekends, holidays/// Vice Presidents openly state if you don't like the door is open instead of trying to understand the reason, very few vps director mean everything to the company, rest employees are crap. mgmt behave well in fron of senior mngt but the reality is diffrent, corporate grup very political and hard to break in, most senior mngt is judgemantal about employes
