      Pros

      Decent wages, good health benefits, genuine concern for quality and food safety. People are very easy to get along with. Excellent cheese.

      Cons

      Long hours expected, no overtime pay for salaried/management, high turnover for plant workers, work can sometimes get tedious, and limited opportunities for growth.

      Pros

      Great work environment with very little stress. Great managers as well! Wonderful place to work. Excellent benefits!

      Cons

      With all of the acquisitions the company has and new software coming, there is quite a bit of uncertainty if jobs will be staying and if and where they are moving. Hard to see a long term future here.

      I like the company culture. it is like a family. every one is great. we all look out for each other.

      Cons

      there is nothing negative at all. I only left because I do not want to work anymore. I have a large family to attend to.
