      Poor company to work for...

      Pros

      The only pros are that I was lucky enough to work some nice people. This does not extend to the management though.

      Cons

      No advancement and even if you do, it basically means you have more work for the same pay. The safety policies are a formality only. If something interferes with production, safety is thrown out the window.

      Pros

      Can be challenging opportunities in some work departments. Can get a lot of OT hours during seasonal peak demand periods.

      Cons

      Very little supervisor or management respect, and becoming big and political. The majority of the plants are developing poor management. Very little training and growth potential within the company.

      Pros

      Great company culture and excellent co-workers. Stable industry. Interesting work where there is always something new to learn. Opportunity to drive the changes in the organization that you believe can help the company.

      Cons

      Long hours in a highly regulated industry. Some areas see a high level of turnover which leads to a lot of time and effort spent getting new employees up to speed.
