      Pros

      Professional and serious atmosphere. Work is interesting and there is always something new to learn. They offer courses to expand your career. Senior management are employees that you want as mentors, extremely intelligent, serious and great business savvy.

      Been here over 5 years love the people and the environment!

      Cons

      A few bad apples have ruined the bunch. Some newer merger employees shouldn't be mentors or supervisors. Very high school blame game on the people from the recent merge. Lots of favoritism with upper management who make it all about politics and not performance. Lots procrastination not taking responsibility for their own work or actions then throwing others under the bus to deflect their work.

      Pros

      I really like my job. I get to learn everyday. Keep busy. My co workers are a great bunch of people to work with.

      Cons

      My hours are horrible. Nights is taking a toll on me. Management has a high turnover which is very difficult to deal with. Supervisors are always stressed and on edge.
