      Pros

      Very friendly employees, great pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Very micro managed. Low company morale due to upper management never showing appreciation. Very bad communication. Everyone always trying to put blame on someone else. Bad training process. Very little room for advancement.

      The collaborative people and culture are the best part of working at Saputo. The environment is very friendly to those seeking work/family balance.

      Cons

      Depending on the Saputo division, the flat org structure may not be ideal for those seeking constant upward mobility in their careers.

      I like the company culture. it is like a family. every one is great. we all look out for each other.

      Cons

      there is nothing negative at all. I only left because I do not want to work anymore. I have a large family to attend to.
