Good company to work for. They try to promote from within which is a plus in any company in my opinion

Cons

Would have liked to see more DEI, possibly only one woman in a senior leadership position.

No Team work in Engineering, Lack of knowledge and maturity among team. HR is mostly absent through out on boarding after first week.

good place to begin, good pay, get 2 days additional day off, 3 weeks vacation, some co-workers are really good-they uplift you.

Cons

NO growth opportunity, you can be in management one day if you decide to retire from there.
