Pros

Good salary, great benefits. A lot of opportunity for growth and movement within the company.

Cons

Different rules/expectations for different people/positions. The company also feels it’s important to “make an example” out of certain situations instead of creating everyone equal. High pressure position that doesn’t allow for the work life balance they preach to always be the case.

Above average pay, outstanding 401 k plan.

Cons

They talk a good culture game but the people who made that place what it was are long gone. They have been replaced by corporate stooges. Cronyism is rampant, results don't matter, supervisors are dumped on for everything. No clear direction or vision, too many layers and silos.

Flexible work schedule that allows some WFH time.

Cons

This was without a doubt the most toxic, racist, and sexist workplace I have ever worked at. It is a culture of bullying and harassment and HR could not care less about you. Especially egregious since they considerably underpay compared to market rates.
