Pros

I like almost everyone I work with. Possibility of being able to move around (or up) internally now and then. Many people believe in the culture that the company pushes.

Cons

Some systems seem archaic. Some people have been there so long that they're reluctant to change for the current work environment.

Work/Life balance. I have the freedom to put the needs of my family first without ever compromising my opportunity for professional growth within the organization. This company really does treat each and every one of its employees like family!

Cons

It can be cold in Wisconsin in the winter, but winter sports such as sledding, down hill and cross country skiing make the cold more tolerable. I even look foward to snow.
