Work-life balance, positive/friendly company culture, fair compensation, excellent 401k program with profit sharing, excellent tuition-reimbursement program, don't have to fight through traffic to reach the campus.

Cons

Pay is alright for the work.

Cons

No supervision on the production floor. Get used to people disappearing from the line. People will stand and watch you struggle if you get crappy product. Many people think Sargento makes cheese, they buy and package other companies cheese and make a ton of money passing it off as their product.
