Bonus, decent wage, easy work, tuition reimbursement. Work with mostly intelligent people with degrees.

Cons

Expensive insurance plans high deductibles high premiums. The company’s way of keeping the strong and healthy and getting rid of the weak. They brag about how you can excel within the company but I’ve applied for several other advanced positions even at other plants and never received a call back. High turnover with supervisors since I’ve been employed I’ve had 3 supervisors in less than 3 years. I am so bored with the job . The job is a stepping stone but nothing I’d want to do forever. If your late one minute they take three emergency hours away from you.

Cons

Drama. Lack of decision making ability. If your in the "in" crowd. You can pretty much get away with murder. The technology is nearly ancient and they are at least 10 years behind on manufacturing practices.
