No. That said, the work is rewarding and purpose-driven. 3) Meet Great People: You will be surrounded by exceptionally intelligent individuals who are strong in their respective fields. As a culture, we are not afraid to have tough conversations based on the collective knowledge to ensure the best outcome for the product or customer. 4) Culture & Atmosphere: With rapid growth, there will always be interesting challenges. Cons
Not many... 1) High Growth = Churn. This is to be expected. No day is the same, and you will be expected to help build from the ground up. From the most junior employees to senior execs, everyone is learning and building new processes, tools, systems. 2) Communications: Lots of new people with new roles and responsibilities are being created to support the growth. This can create friction points. This is not insurmountable, and you get a clear sense that this is a high-priority item that leadership is addressing.
