Pros

Saronic is a place to work if you want to 1) Make an Impact: Make a name for yourself by directly impacting the team you work for. Everyone here knows their role and the reason why they are in that role. In a broader sense, this company is already making an impact at the national level to redefine maritime superiority. 2) Be Hands-On: This company expects its employees to dive in and solve challenging problems. To that extent, the company continues to deliver against expectations. Is it easy... No. That said, the work is rewarding and purpose-driven. 3) Meet Great People: You will be surrounded by exceptionally intelligent individuals who are strong in their respective fields. As a culture, we are not afraid to have tough conversations based on the collective knowledge to ensure the best outcome for the product or customer. 4) Culture & Atmosphere: With rapid growth, there will always be interesting challenges. That said, the company provides the tools, equipment, and training to ensure each team has what they need to get their job done. Like other startups & top tech companies, Saronic provides lunch/dinners/snack and other amenities, along with competitive insurance options. Compensation is fair with a great long-term outlook.

Cons

Not many... 1) High Growth = Churn. This is to be expected. No day is the same, and you will be expected to help build from the ground up. From the most junior employees to senior execs, everyone is learning and building new processes, tools, systems. 2) Communications: Lots of new people with new roles and responsibilities are being created to support the growth. This can create friction points. This is not insurmountable, and you get a clear sense that this is a high-priority item that leadership is addressing.
