      Pros

      I have never felt so welcomed at a company before in my life. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. This includes upper management! The on-boarding process with HR as well as management has been top-notch. This company treats its employees very well. Everyone here truly operates as a team. This is by far one of the best cultures in any company I have ever worked for. So happy with Sasser.

      Amazing company to work for. Starting at the top, Sasser really values their employees. Sasser values employee input and treats everyone as equals
