Satsyil has well experienced management who know how to improve each resource individually. Management team has sound knowledge in most technologies. Very employee friendly environment to work with. Opportunity to learn new technologies. Listens to employee's problems and responds timely.
Cons
Did not see much cons. Maybe need more supporting staffs to handle the company growth. Maybe more benefits as well.
