Easy workload, decent hours, good pay, independent work style, easy commute

Department managers don’t communicate, 1st shift is expected to do whatever 2nd doesn’t get done, attendance policy isn’t enforced for leads or up, some leads only worked 3 out of their 5 days a week, fda regulations aren’t followed, all they care about is paperwork filled in no matter if the work was done or not, no advancement opportunities
