Pros

I have the best crew to work with. I have a good relationship with the arborist and the branch manager and all the office personnel.

Cons

With this company you can never get a straight answer. You have to go through many channels to get an answer to a question. The branch manager has no budget to give a raise to the employees because corporate doesn't allow him. He has to get authorization first. Doesn't matter how hard you work.

This company is one of the better companies I have worked for. They treat their employees well, which in turn makes them want to do a good job for their clients, which generates revenue. The chemistry with the crews is pretty good.

Pros

The camaraderie between offices is great, you can call anyone and ask a question and be given clear direction with tips. You have the opportunity to learn things about tree and lawn care that in other positions you might not get that opportunity to stretch your mind. The reduced rate for services for your personal home is an amazing perk, my yard has never looked so good!

Cons

There is a subculture that is sometimes caustic. Information is not as transparent as management would like you to believe.
