      It is a job, so…

      Cons

      It’s run by your typical corporate overlords, constantly suspicious of their employees, with little to no rewards for hard work. The higher-ups are always trying to find a way to make your job less efficient (to your detriment). Their IT doesn’t work more often than it does. Even if you make the most money in your branch, your annual raise will make you want to cry or punch someone.

      The environment is toxic, everyone talked behind everyone's back and their bonus structure is horrible.
