      Pros

      - Great culture - A genuine desire to help/see everyone excel - A strong focus on learning and development - Plenty of opportunities for advancement - Management has a respect for the opinions of others, and the wisdom to make the right decisions

      Cons

      - The software we use is extremely outdated. This is being addressed, but the new UI design has not proven to be much better. - A few shared service departments are dysfunctional and very bad at communicating. It can be frustrating, but management is great about getting situations addressed quickly. Our district manager does a great job putting effort into seeing changes implemented.

      Cons

      If your in the field, some days can be longer than others. Everyday is a new task but that truly is the art in your craft that determines the duration in the day.
