Experience tree climber , skill, and know-how to properly take care of the trees. highly trained professional, team player and help other growing on their experience.

Cons

The dangers of tree climbing, tree trimming/remove. Professionalism, skills and experience to achieve task with out incidents and use highly safety knowledge goals.

I met a friend only positive

Cons

Micromanaged, toxic building, aggressive managers, wasn't valued and not appreciated, overall negative environment. This company was the worst place I've worked. No room for growth and under paid.
