Great place to advance your career, you will learn a tremendous amount about IT, systems, networking, the team has a lot of knowledge to share. There is a lot of different systems to work with and everyone cares a lot about everything working correctly.

Cons

It can be challenging at time, there is always lots going on, there is never break from the work but the days go really fast.
